Dubai Aloft supersedes my Aloft experience in the USA. Similar stylish contemporary décor and spacious room suites, but the affordable, authentic international cuisine we had for room service is one of the amenities that sets this hotel apart. Other notable highlights in addition to yummy biryani with traditional sauces and other menu options served delightfully in our room include: Motion sensor flashing overhead nightlights, excellent squishy king sized pillows, stone tile and rainfall shower, bidet, helpful staff and shuttle driver, vibrant commons and tremendous breakfast area.

Stayed only a few hours before catching a flight. Very conveniently located for both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. We used the airport shuttle. Check in and check out were fast and the staff was extremely helpful at all times. Would definitely come back for a longer stay close to Dubai airport.

Staff were not helpful during check in tried to give me 2 rooms instead of suit with 2 bed rooms Next morning shuttle asked me and family with 2 kids to leave because we have too much luggage even though we arrived before most people Then they offered me a van to take me and my family to the airport they said it will be 5 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting I booked my own uber van size arrived in 1 minute

We had terrible flight issues and arrived very, very late. The manager extended our checkout free of charge to 4 pm so that we could rest, etc., which was so very much appreciated. Also, the rooms were large, clean, and just as expected based on our experiences with Aloft in the U.S. It was also nice that the outlets were universal, so we didn’t need adapters. Would stay again.

very friendly and accommodating staff that have friendly smiles and welcoming demeanor, actually it surprised me, its clean and quiet and it has a window for fresh air!! it is so close to the airport three walking minutes yet you cannot hear a plane, stayed here to avoid traffic and a less stressful travel to airport and i will do this again
