the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced.

My one night stay was totally amazing at the 2 bedroom apartment and the staff were helpful special thanks to the lady receptionist who checked me in to apartment #1007, the lovely European uk evening duty manager who really managed my overall stay with my accompany invited guests also the security for being helpful to. Most definitely might consider coming back again.

Who'd have thought it was a Marriott..

Generally disappointed with our experience. First impression of the place was terrible as access is behind the mall / supermarket therefore filled with trucks and bins. Three ladies travelling together so booked a 2 bedroom apartment (1king/2twin), but had to spend the first night in a 2king apartment, thus sharing beds. There's rarely anyone on the desk in the apartment block so making contact with staff and/or management was a tedious affair - we had a few problems with keys usually resulting in a hike back to reception. The whole place is tired and in dire need of total refurbishment - this too is relevant for the hotel on site. Paints flaking, cracked / broken tiles, lights are broken (the bridge from the hotel to apartment is unlit and an accident waiting to happen) and all the outdoor furniture needs serious work or should be scrapped. We used the stairs on two occasions and both times ended up in areas, one assumes which were meant only for staff - bins, old machinery and garments hung up .. Slightly concerning for a fire escape! The only real positive is that the staff were all fairly pleasant.

Not what we expected

We had booked these apartments for our stay in Dubai believing it was much closer to Dubai than it is around 45 - 60mins from the airport. We were delayed in arriving in Dubai for a day due to our being ill requiring a hospital stay. We notified Marriott Executive Apartments immediately that we would be one day later than planned they rang back to confirm our change. Upon check in we found that we had been listed as "no show" and our booking cancelled. To the credit of the gentleman on the desk he did his best to solve the situation.The facility is very pleasant and clean providing you are happy being a long way out of town.

Won't book that again

I booked a two bed apartment and when I arrived I was told it was unavailable. They tried to blame Hotels.com which turned out to be a lie. They gave me all sorts of rubbish about what was available and ended up staying in a twin room in the hotel next door. They said I would get complementary breakfast which in fact if you check the rate on Marriott's website, it's included anyway. Whilst the twin rate is cheaper and includes breakfast, the apartments are vastly superior in every way to the hotel (my friend was staying in a one bed). Our twin was average at best.

Very Nice stay and expensive

The hotel was close and there are few options in the green community. Our first choice for employees when traveling is the Premier Inn at $99 per night with free wifi. This hotel is very clean and comfortable but at almost double the rate plus a fee for wifi it is not our hotel of choice.

Et fantastisk sted i flotte omgivelser. Praktisk med nærliggende indkøbscenter. Høflig betjening og hjælpsom personale. Den 3 personers seng var ikke lige sagen, så en person sov på sofaen. Godt udstyret køkken. Desværre gik poolen i udu, så ikke noget badning.

Very nice hotel

We had 2 bedroom apt which was large. Furniture and utilities very complete. Swimming pool has cooling in hot summer. Quite far from center to Jebel Ali direction but direct at Emerate road 311 so when car available, its easy to come everywhere in Dubai and around. Very nice western supermarket (pork products) and small mall directly connected to the hotel. Also lot of restaurants/food court connected.

Bra hotell

Ett helt okej hotell med stora fina lägenhetsrum. Hotellet ligger i anslutning till en liten galleria där man kan köpa det nödvändigaste. Tycker dock att området ligger lite för långt från beachen och exempelvis Dubai mall. Nästa gång blir det närmare stranden.
