The flat has access to Marina Walk (5 min walk to Marina Mall ), 24 hrs supermarket and restaurants available in the same building.
All furnishing including dishware, cutlery and other essentials are available.
Entire flat, swimming pool and the gym.

Dubai Marina is one of the most luxurious and spectacular communities in the middle east.
Access to the Marina and the beach withing walking distance.
There is a tram station, and a metro station within walking distance.

Bicycle stand from Careem in from the building and you can rent bikes from them for a few Dirhams and get round the neighborhood.
