Worst hotel I ever stayed in Dubai. Especially on cleanliness There were insect or bug on hotel bed, biting my whole body. Stinky smell come from bathroom. On checking no shower gel no hand wash. 3 days stay over there they didn’t even top up hand wash, poor management

The young lady was in the corner sleeping when we arrived she had a poor attitude. It was no towels to shower with took them a hour to bring some. The T. V. wouldn’t shut off so we couldn’t sleep the bed was hard as a brick. The water didn’t get hot so we had to take a cold shower.

The room was in a dirty condition everything in the room was not clean, the kettle was still used by someone before and there was still some liquid inside, the staff quality was poor the appearance the attitude and the hygiene. The receptionist lady in white was good.
