A nice palatial hotel. Service is ok.
The property is very nice and good for a resort style family vacation. The rooms are very nice, well appointed and spacious. Technology wise they can be better. The F&B staff is nice at the hotel. But the front desk, guest services etc are quite slow and not quite the most efficient. Overall though it’s a good hotel, and I recommend it for a family vacation.

Pleasant three night stay
Beautiful hotel, highly decorative. A little bit quiet and sometimes lacking in atmosphere for it. Lovely rooms and amenities, lots of space. On site food options very expensive- I know Dubai in general is expensive but prices here are almost double, eg £8 for coffee. A’llonda restaurant has excellent food and service. All staff very helpful and keen to assist.
