Property entrance not visible from roadside . No loading or unloading area. We used Susan Backing co as the location for pickup. No Signs about the property from Roadside . Our driver went around in circles to find it.

It is so hard to find the location, Best way is to take uber to susan cafe next to the entrance then go in otherwise it took me 3 plus hours to find inside the mall and no one knows it is dunya appt complex not heaven guest, You will get lost if you do not follow my instructions

The location was so wonderful that literally walked outside and in to the Dubai Mall. And Burij khalifa was right there and views were spectacular. I recommend it and definitely come back and stay.

BEWARE and DO YOUR RESEARCH on Heaven Crest Vacation Homes. I typed up a detailed review, but I am limited to 1500 characters so here are the cliff notes. Falsely Advertised - Don't expect to get what the ad reflects when it comes to bedroom/bed configuration, amenities, toiletries etc. We were not even provided with hand soap. After we asked for some, they brought us 1 canister to use in 3 bathrooms. Dirty and Disrepair - The place was dirty and in disrepair. Shower was broken and leaked all over the floor. Additionally there were a ton of flying bugs throughout the whole unit Dishonest - After we complained and were shown different units that were in the same condition and lacking the sleeping arrangements that we needed, and were also dirty and in the same condition, we checked out and told them that we had to find better proper accomodations. They originally stated that there were no refunds and after we told them that the accomodations were falsely advertised and that our review would be determined by how they would respond, they agreed in writing that they would refund the nights that we did not stay after we contact Expedia. We contacted expedia and then they didn't want to issue a refund at all, and eventually agreed to refund only 2 of the 6 nights that they originally agreed to. After I spent hours on the phone with Expedia agent who had to go back and forth with the property. You are better off finding accomodations elsewhere and saving yourself the headache.
