The hotel is located near Dubai Mall, Bush Khalifa, fountain. 15 minutes walk. Delicious food and a wide selection of dishes. The pool with a bar is located outside - great. There are also sun loungers by the pool. Friendly staff work at the front desk, they will help you with any questions. I spent 7 days here. I recommend this hotel.

Read a ton of reviews before booking and I have to agree this hotel service and staff were fantastic. Delicious breakfast, coffee was fantastic (very smooth, actually bought some to take home). Special recognition to the staff Ned, Rachel, Ei Ei, Michael, Uditha, the coffee barista and all the other hotel staff names I can’t remember especially in Open Sesame during breakfast service that made this trip so fantastic. Highly recommend this place and will be returning.

Beautiful facility! Room was large and comfortable. Restaurant (ground floor) very convenient and well decorated. Nicest part of our stay? Your staff are all about friendly service. Several names come to mind: Adele and Michael at front desk (among others) and Shadwan in the restaurant (again, among others). But every staff was about sincere service. Your training and hiring of staff are to be commended. It was an enjoyable stay.

Great balance of location, cost and quality

Nicely appointed hotel, located in the downtown business area. A relatively short Uber ride to most of the major city attractions (nothing is walkable in Dubai), unless you travel into the famous congestion of Dubai traffic, which is highly likely at rush hours and on weekend evenings. Rooms are average in size but nicely decorated. Above average breakfast buffet available.

Too much construction around the property and a little noisy due to proximity to the road. Also a little distant from some of the places to visit and see. The property itself was very nice. Rooms a little small but nice.
