Hotel is in a good location, around the corner from the main marina and a 10 min walk max to the beach. Staff at check in and in the reception area were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was nice to have but limited seating - we went about 1pm and it was full but then again at 3ish and was nearly empty. Breakfast was adequate but not a huge variety and nothing special. Hotel fine for a couple of nights stay but wouldn’t recommend for any longer.

Disappointing experience with laundry. Requested for 6 hour service with form filled out and request accepted. 9am told it would be back by 3pm. 5pm told someone was bringing it up, so I could head out for planned meeting in time. 5:20 told they need 20 mins. 5:50 finally told it was stuck in traffic and would be here by 6. 6:15 told it was still stuck. 6:20 I had to leave in wrong dress clothes. Finally turned up after 7 apparently. Lying and untrustworthy staff. Next time suggest you tell the truth at the start.

Food was really good. Breakfast had loads of choice and the food was a good quality. Bar area nice for meals in the evening. Half board you can choose lunch or dinner (lunch you can order off the menu so was excellent). Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Pool area very small so couldn’t get beds. In November there is a couple of hours max when the pool area is in the sun as the hotel is shading it the rest of the time. Only about 25 sun beds max and no area to really sit outside as it’s only a small balcony area where the pool is.
