Staff were friendly, room service was great. Pool and area around the pool was small and not enough chairs and they only opened one side of the umbrellas. We couldn’t get a chair on the opened side so we cooked in the sun. Overall not bad and I’d say bottom end of a 4 star.

Nice hotel situated within walking distance to Marina with plenty of shops and restaurants. Nice pool but small so not always space available .Great access to metro which is easy to use. JamJars restaurant in hotel good for food and drinks. Overall a good hotel with pleasant staff making a good base to stay.

Worst stay ever in Dubai!!!! Don’t come here. The room: Fridge leakage of water all night and I called the engineer twice to fix it, it was “fixed” and I woke up to wet floors and all my stuff was ruined. I ordered breakfast, no tray or table and my dishes was delivered by hand, hygiene issue. I asked for the cleaning to clean the wet floors, they said they were busy with other guests and I mopped the floors by myself with towels. They took my cutlery from my room and asked for 15AED charge to bring it back. They kept calling my room all the time for offers in the spa etc. I asked for a late check out, offered to pay extra charges while I check out, the front desk DEMANDED i pay now or empty the room and raised her voice while I’m explaining that im tired and I will pass by the reception upon checking out. They ruined my weekend and they’re expensive 0 customer service 0 attitude.

The hotel is in a great location. The friendly, professional staff is ready to help with virtually any question or request, from arranging transportation to excursions throughout the country. Clean rooms with stunning views from the balcony. But there are a few things to consider that might be a bit of a turn-off. 1. There's no refrigerator in the room. Something that's only designed to chill a couple of cans of juice isn't really a refrigerator. Even two bottles of beer wouldn't fit in the microfridge there. 2. You'll have to ask for slippers when you check into your room and after each cleaning. If you don't ask, they won't be brought. 3. Don't expect to find a drying rack for your clothes after a trip to the beach or pool. There simply isn't one, even a foldable one. 4. The room had a "fridge" that was, at best, good for chilling a couple of small bottles of beer. I wouldn't even call what I had in my room a micro-fridge; at best, it was a drinks cooler. 5. There was no microwave in the room. So if you like something warm to eat at night or just want to warm up something for dinner, you're out of luck. There's nowhere to warm it up.

Good location near transportation and tourist attractions. Very clean room with amazing views from the balcony, nice professional staff ready to answer any questions and actually help when needed - from transportation to the scheduling great tours all over the country! Nice cool pool on the second floor with gym, spa and massages. Hotel itself just great. But there are a few things to consider that might be a bit of a turn-off. 1. Lovely hotel right behind the marina right in front of DMCC metro station. The staff were so nice upon arrival the room was kept lovely and special mention to jamjar staff at the evening meal for being so helpful and nice

The hotel is really situated for the Marina and the beach. Bluewater island is very close, and the metro station is a two minute walk offering transportation links all over Dubai. The only downside, and it really is a minor thing is the bed in our room was really hard, but get past that and the Millennium Place is the perfect choice. Would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit to Dubai.
