I had a comfortable stay, but my companion mentioned that their room repeatedly lacked toothbrushes and sometimes didn't have bath towels. My room didn't have a TV remote, so I couldn't watch the programs I wanted. I often bring Japanese corporate clients here, but I'll reconsider staying in the future.
