Poor breakfast, ‘hot’ food was always cold. Chefs arguing with other staff. Lifts often out of order. Repairs being carried out at night , outside my room. Very noisy and disruptive. Bathroom very tired, mould starting to appear in corners of shower. Shower did not maintain a useable temperature, temperature of water affected by other users, sometimes freezing cold, next. minute boiling hot.
