Rob at front desk was excellent, having arrived on a super early flight with hotel fully booked still managed to get us into our room by 0730! Hotel has everything you need, rooms are clean and modern, pool and beach area are excellent and gym/shop/cafe etc all of a good standard.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff like James at the beach so nice and helpful .. Karan at reception and Donnah in the restaurant and pool bar .. all staff work so hard and I so polite helpful and friendly

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I arrived after a very long flight, reaching the hotel at around 6:00 a.m. I requested from the front desk employee, Ali, to assign me a quiet room since I was utterly exhausted and in desperate need of rest. Unfortunately, he placed me in a very noisy room directly overlooking ongoing construction work next to the hotel. The situation did not end there. To my surprise, I discovered that there was no hot water in the bathroom and no internet service. When I asked the staff to resolve the issue, I was informed that there was a technical problem with the hot water system in my room, which required shutting it off completely. If that was the case, why was I assigned this room in the first place? Furthermore, I was shocked when my guest was denied the ability to contact my room on the grounds that it was “too early in the morning,” even though she had arrived at 9:30 a.m. for a scheduled meeting. She eventually left without meeting me, which caused me considerable embarrassment. Another unpleasant experience occurred the following morning when I went to the restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant was overcrowded, and I was asked to provide my room number to wait for my turn to enter. I waited for a very long time—almost half an hour—without success, and eventually had to return to my room and take my breakfast outside the hotel. To make matters worse, the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely weak. Without going into
