The TRYP is a recommended busy hotel with many shopping and dining options close. The metro is a short 10 minute walk. The rooms are well equipped, however, avoid the rooms near the hotels Local restaurant as you will not get any sleep until midnight from the music and chatting of the guests. We were given a room on the upper floors once a room request was made due to this noise. Food options are plenty during breakfast. Staff at the hotel are great, polite and professional. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the nearby malls and beach area. I recommend the hotel.

The stay overall was great. The staff were friendly and the managers helpful and professional. The location allows easy commutes via Uber or taxi to popular areas. The only feedback that would benefit the establishment in the long run is the food quality and selection could use a revamp.

The staff is great and very responsive. The concierge staff is especially helpful, Julius was just amazing and king, and very accommodating. The location is also great with plenty of dining options onsite and around the hotel. at the hotel and nearby. I

I was skeptical on the location, but I was trying to stay as close to Palmer Jamari as possible, this location was amazing, but the added bonus is the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet were insane in the best way possible. The staff was amazing. Everybody was super friendly. My only issue was I had an emergency and had to fly back to the states and they would not refund me my final four days other than that. It was a perfect stay

Just back from a 6 night stay. We had a one bedroom suite as our grown up son was coming with us. The room was fantastic, it was like 2 adjoining rooms so we had 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and 2 TVs. Room was clean and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the metro but Hala taxis are very cheap if you want a quick option. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous stay! The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean as was the entire property. It’s 15-20 mins away from the main attractions. They also have car service readily available all day.

Overall a decent option. Property is in a nice location, close to the metro. The rooms are nice. We had free Beach Club access with our booking, which also included a shuttle service which was very convenient. The Beach club is great. However, there were some issues with the room, staff did not deal with properly. Firstly, the TV and aircon would just randomly turn on at night, despite repeated off-switching which disturbed our sleep. Supposedly some technicians were sent, but they did not fix the issue, so we had to fix it ourselves. We did not get hot water at times, (only worked right on the last day) and the water pressure was weak (due to a broken showerhead). Moreover, the tissue box in the room was contaminated with an orange substance (?) which also looked moldy. We only uncovered this on our last day. When we raised the issue we were offered an upgrade, which was unhelpful as we were flying out the same day, and subsequently ignored. We were also asked if there was a special occasion for our trip prior to our arrival. Since it was a honeymoon, we communicated as such. This was subsequently ignored, which would have been fine if we hadn‘t been specifically asked for the occasion which made the whole interaction somewhat bizarre. Lastly reception staff was very blunt (with a few exceptions).

Great place. Extremely cheap for location and service you get. Staff couldnt have been any friendlier. Really happy. I got a bit spoilt with room as they put me on the top floor with a balcony. Great views and the lifts were quick which is normally the downside with a room so high. Room service was great. TV channels were good. Shower head fell off a few times due to the weight but all in all great value for money. Would easily recommend ☺️
