You’ll find cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and local shops just a short walk away, along with beautiful landscaped parks for evening strolls or jogging.



The area is family-friendly yet vibrant, with a mix of new restaurants, gyms, salons, and essential services. It’s also within easy reach of Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina, JBR Beach, and Downtown Dubai, making it a great base for both leisure and business travelers.



Jumeirah Village Circle is well connected to the rest of Dubai by car and taxi services. You can easily reach Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, making it convenient to drive to Dubai Marina (15 min), Mall of the Emirates (15 min), Downtown & Burj Khalifa (20 min), and Dubai International Airport (25 min).

★ REGISTRATION OF TRAVELERS ★

We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security 🛂. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time ⏳.



★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★

Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. 🕒, and check-out time is 11 a.m. 🕚. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges 💼!



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance 🛡️. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out 🧼.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home 🚭! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning 🛋️. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of AED 2500 💸.



★ ACCESS CARD ★

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check-out 🎫. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
