The hotel lobby and amenities were really nice, however, the rooms were pretty standard for a Conrad and the price that you pay. I’ve stayed at much nicer Conrad hotels. We stayed at the Intercontinental in Dublin as well and I would say that it’s a better hotel for the price point.

Bathroom was dated, nothing compared to any 5 star hotel. Internal phones didn't work within the hotel so No way of calling Room Service or anyone...., no one there to help with luggage to taxi on leaving. A very disappointing experience. It is definitely Not a 5 Star Hotel at this point. Hope they get their act together. Would not go back
