Overall I had a good experience. I stayed in one of the pod rooms. It was not very big but ideal for me as I was just spending one night and leaving early in the morning for an early flight. However - the mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. Considering it was noisy from the night clubs and a smaller room, I would at least expect the bed to be comfortable to lay down on for the night.

Sadly we were given a room that had a terrible sewage smell. The hotel moved our room but then we had to deal with noise from the hotels christmas parties and a night club across the road. For 2 nights we got very little sleep and have returned home from what was meant to be a relaxing weekend absolutely exhausted

Great hotel, beautiful decor, facilities and staff couldn’t do enough. Rooms were large, spacious with high ceiling. The bar has great cocktails and the hotel was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, cafes, bars! Only negative was the shower pressure (weak) Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Dublin and be central (but in a quieter area)

We did not know that we would be staying outside of the main hotel. Not ideal when it’s raining and having to go outside to get breakfast. Having stayed in the hotel many times before we were very disappointed. The room was very smelly throughout our stay.
