Although I wrote an extensive review for this hotel, I am unable to post it here, because the text box has a strict word limit. Too bad. Do not believe some of the insanely high scores that some previous customers apparently gave. I would give it a 6.5/10. Be prepared to feel like freezing in your room. They only activate the heating in the morning around 8 AM, when you are ready to check out. If ever a fire breaks out at this hotel, it will be a true disaster ... did not see any fire evacuation diagrams on any wall, during the 20 minutes I was trying to locate my room ... Staff is indeed friendly, rooms clean, no bath tub, but modern shower.

Generally I was happy. I had food in the bar which was good. My room was adequate with a tiny bathroom and the bed was a very small single but comfortable. However, I had very little sleep because of the bricks of pillows that are supplied. They are huge with no give in them and so very uncomfortable. To pay €233 for a one night stay without sleep was extortion. Management ... please take note and supply some softer pillows!

The Maldron is always my choice when flying out early in the morning - very convenient at a few mins walk to the airport (or take the free shuttle). Staff are friendly and efficient, and it has all the basics covered.

Fantastic staff and excellent room condition. The hotel was convenient to take airport bus services into city centre, and the shuttle ran reliably to the airport if we didn’t want to walk. Would absolutely stay again.

Friendly folks from check in to check out. We had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our servers Anyang and Anay were so kind and attentive. The beds were fantastic and the room was huge. Thank you for a great nice stay. Oh, the shuttle was also great!
