In a location of exceptional convenience, adjacent to the Beechwood LUAS stop and minutes from Stephens Green this appealing semi-detached residence offers 3 bedrooms (two double and one single), a fully equipped kitchen, a handsome bay-windowed living room and interconnecting dining room opening on to a small private patio garden.

Access to the property is via keybox with detailed instructions provided prior to arrival.
