Cancelled booking a week before trip
I was asked to review my stay after the property cancelled my booking for 3 rooms for 3 nights only a week before our trip.
Had a nightmare rebooking, with Taylor Swift playing and it being Pride weekend.

The main area was really nice, good air conditioned and free coffee, but the rooms had no air-conditioning at all and was super warm, you could open the windows tho. The walls felt like they were made out of paper because you could literally hear everyone slam their doors. The rooms were kinda clean, but the wallls looked like someone has pissed on all of them haha?? Like huge waterstains. The staff was amazing tho <3

Location great. Room is clean and neat. Downside: you have to go downstairs to iron your clothes and there is no air conditioning system in the room. I would not book again in the summer. The room was too warm for comfort. Room does have a heater for colder climate.
