Lovely hotel, conveniently located in a central location between the Old City and the Marina. City bus line close to the hotel. Staff was professional and courteous, especially Denis at the front desk. Rooms were large and beds were extremely comfortable.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great location right next to a bus stop, easy to get around Dubrovnik and back to the hotel. The staff was wonderful and onsite parking was a nice perk.

The room was not clean, the curtains were torn down and not fastened to the curtain rod, so they didn’t fully close. On the top shelf of the wardrobe there were someone’s bottles and trash. The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, just surface cleaning is done. There is no kettle. But overall, it’s fine for staying a couple of days. There is an underground parking garage available for an extra fee – €20 per day. Unfortunately I did not take a photo of this :(

Spacious, Comfortable, and Excellent Service

We stayed in the Junior Suite at City Hotel Dubrovnik and were very impressed. The suite was spacious, with plenty of storage, a large and comfortable seating area for the kids, and two big TVs — one in the master bedroom and another in the children’s sofa bed area. The bathroom was modern, with a very nice shower, excellent water pressure, and lots of space. The room had thoughtful amenities like a good-sized safe, fridge, Nespresso machine, and efficient air conditioning. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the organized covered parking was a real plus. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The desk area was perfect for getting a bit of work done during our stay. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-equipped base for exploring Dubrovnik, and we’d happily stay again.

This was a decent hotel. A bit old and outdated but spacious suit for a family of 4. The front desk gave advice regarding food recs and transport. There is no hotel pool. The shower sprays water everywhere. We had to place towels all around bc the floors were soaked. Dubrovnik in general is extremely expensive so luckily there’s a small bakery and grocery next door that we were able to buy food and drinks from.

it’s a very nice hotel in the City Center. Also close to the bus stop so very accessible to Dubrovnik Old town. There’s also a grocery store close by. They also offer shuttle service to the airport. We also appreciate the staff for letting us check in an hour early without extra charge.
