My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. To our great disappointment, even though the name implies a sea view room, you have to actually specifically request a sea view room BEFORE you arrive. Because of this, we didn't get the view we really wanted. In terms of location, the hotel was great. It is literally 2 minutes walk from the main entrance to the old city. Our room itself was VERY small. The bed was stuck to the wall so the only walking space was to get to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we did have AC which was nice. Note that they only change the towels every two days. Edi was helpful in suggesting restaurants and where we should go. He also showed us his room which had the most incredible view I've ever seen. Overall our stay was okay but the small room wasn't as pleasant. We would recommend staying here but make sure you request a sea view room!
The host, Edi, is a delight. Gave us a warm welcome and introduction to the city. He indicated great place to eat/grocery shop, all in walking distance; as well as touristic recommendations. We were able to leave our luggage in the gated courtyard until our departure. This establishment receives our highest recommendation.
Wonderful location just a few steps from Pile gate. Able to check in early and store my bags there on check out day. The sea view is amazing and proximity to good bars, bakeries and restaurants. Edi gives very good recommendations and maps. Really appreciate his thoughtfulness and the Housekeeper is also very helpful.
The apt is very close to the attractions, the host is very nice and helpful. But the room is too small and the cleaning conditions is not very pleasant.
Property was fine ocean view room was beautiful and Eddie was a good host. My only complaint would be not with the accommadations but with the area Dubrovnik is beautiful until 10:00 AM, then the buses pull in and you can hardly get on the sidewalks. Problem is my own, I just can't be in these kind of crowds. Would never go back.
