We had high hopes for this stay — the apartment was clean, the location was great, and communication with the host (Dominium) was smooth and responsive. However, our experience was seriously impacted by one major issue: the air conditioning didn’t work properly during almost the entire stay and was only finally fixed on the very last night. Dominium was communicative and tried to help, but unfortunately the technician who came to fix the AC didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. He came twice and both times simply restarted the unit — something we had already tried ourselves, without success. Spending nearly the entire trip in an overheated apartment was extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. We did agree on a partial refund, which we appreciate, but this issue significantly affected our overall experience. If the AC had been properly addressed earlier, this review would be much much more positive.
