This unique apartment is furnished with a minimalist style offering a bright interior with one double bedroom. The apartment also has a terrace with sun loungers, which is a great spot for relaxing and enjoying your time surrounded by greenery. The Old Town, restaurants, shops, beaches and many attractions are only a few minutes walking distance from the property. Hedera A1 also offers free parking for one vehicle.
The apartment features a queen bedroom with a wardrobe, bathroom with a shower, living room with a fold out sofa bed which can accommodate up to two extra guests. There is a well equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. From the living room glass doors slide open to a large terrace offering a table for four and sun loungers. Within the building there is a short staircase (20-25 steps) which leads up to the apartment located on the second floor. Amenities include A/C, Wi-Fi, heated floors, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, full kitchen, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and safety deposit box.
Hedera A1 can accommodate up to 2 (+2*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 ⏠per person per night.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. * Pets - allowed Smoking - not allowed
This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana MatijaĆĄeviÄa 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you. In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
Lovely, comfortable apartment that is centrally located from everything you may want to do in Dubrovnik (Old Town, Lapad Bay, Mt Srd). Loved having a private balcony to sit and read in the morning. Easy check-in/out with friendly staff.
I also loved that we could get coffee and croissants downstairs before starting each day's adventure. Thank you Hedera Estates!
Pros - clean, quiet, nice neighborhood within walking distance of Dubrovnik Old Town., modern, well equipped kitchen, very pleasant private balcony, responsive management. We would stay there again.
Cons - Management had to scramble to provide the promised parking space. But they did find a space and we were grateful to have it. You must walk up 2 long flights of stairs as there is not a lift. Although the apartment is comfortably non-smoking, the rest of the building houses many smokers and that can be smelled in the hallways.
Check-in was easy. The property is located well, with a 20 minute walk to old town, keeping you away from most of the tourist crowds. Close to a very nice beach and bar at the end of the road with lovely views of the Adriatic sea. The bar downstairs was good for a morning coffee. Also close to a couple of supermarkets and bakeries.
The property itself was accurate to the listing. With a lovely view towards the east for the sunset in the evening. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well supplied. The balcony was lovely but needed a sweep beforehand and the parasoles need better stands for windy weather but worked fine. Bathroom had an unfortunate smell and the main sink didnt drain properly, I think a drain de-blocker could resolve both these issues. The shower pressure was good.
