This is a beautiful, new apartment with warmth and modern touch. Its location is excellent as the nearest beach is 9 min walking, is in the neighborhood with plenty of walking trails and restaurants. It is 3,2 km away from Old Town Dubrovnik. It is in safe area and it's position offers you very good privacy. It has two bedrooms;double and twin beads, kitchen with all necessities, common space, bathroom and terrace with wonderful view, free parking and internet. It is very convenient as it is on second floor of building but no stairs are necessary to approach apartment as the main building entrance is on street level which makes it wheelchair accessible.
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed whilst second bedroom has twin beds that can be adjusted to be one double bed. If asked we also provide child's crib.
We provide you with clean bed sheets, clean towels and all kind of bathroom necessities.
Kitchen is equipped with all kind of appliances, water heater, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, all kind of spices, coffee, olive oil, vinegar...
Also there is safe in the apartment you can use to store your valuables. We are a young couple who take great care of our guests. We will meet you during check in and check out and give you all the necessary info you request. We both speak English and one of us also Spanish and Italian. We are there for you during your stay in our apartment too in case you need any help. we live near buy and can be of any help.
