Vista Deluxe Apartment with swimming pool

Vista Deluxe is a spacious. modern apartment located in Dubrovnik. The Statue of Orlando is just 1.9km while the sea is 500m away.

Apartment has 2 sleeping rooms. Each has its own full bathroom, Air Conditioning, work desk, TV and double bed. These private bathrooms are large, have walk-in-showers and are fully equipped.

The rest of the apartment consists of huge and modern living room (with its AC, TV
) , dining room, full kitchen and toilet. Huge french windows make this living room space well illuminated and offer almost 360 degree view around the apartment.

Top feature is of course the huge terrace. It is connected with living room almost without transition. Thanks to glass doors, that can easily be moved to the side, these two parts of the apartment can become one!

The terrace is the best place to have meals and enjoy the beautiful view that includes city, sea and a lot of nature.

If by any chance you get bored by all the beauty that this view offers this apartment has some other things to offer as well:

What an outstanding place!

The apartment and facilities were more than we expected! Extremely clean, bigger than we expected. The most comfy beds and well equipped with towels including for the pool. The pool area is just lovely and our kids had the best time splashing about for hours. The apartment is well situated for getting both to the old town and the port. It is up a steep hill so we chose to Uber most of the time as we were in the height of summer and the heat walking was too much for the kids but out of the heat this wouldn't have been any bother. The host was so welcoming and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

host was good communicator and available and showed us around. we had just come from a mountain expedition so we were able to wash and ty our clothes, go swimming, use internet, have plenty of space to spread ourselves and our gea and park our car. and, lovely views and sunset and a very nice property!

Good space within walking distance of Old Town

After spending numerous nights in typically small European hotel rooms, this 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment was wonderfully spacious and well decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the patio balcony that overlooks the pool and has sweeping views of the city and the water. We walked to the Mount Srd trailhead directly from the apartment, and also walked into Old Town 17 minutes) every day, and then Ubered home after each outing. Ivica was easy to communicate with before and during the reservation. I would definitely recommend this to friends when they visit Dubrovnik.

Great location and pool

New booked this originally with another couple, although we finished up staying there on our own. The property is above and to the west of the old town (approx 15 minute walk) however be advised, you will not want go walk back (straight uphill) although a cab is only 45 kuna. For us, we much preferred to be away from the old town and the hustle and bustle, choosing to venture in when it suited. The accommodation is very large, with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms (one kingsize the other twins pushed together). There is a large balcony which we utilised to sit on during the very hot days as well as a pool (shared) Overall I would not hesitate to recommend the property, it's host Ivica or the location.
