They couldn't make change for cash payment. They required I use a credit card vs. cash for dog damage deposit. The shower has black mold. Also saw bedding and furniture behind building with mold too. Suspect entire property has mold issue. Cleaning/vacuuming of neighboring rooms was still occuring after 6pm.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. If I was to improve on anything it would be the breakfast items offered because currently the Continental Breakfast is lacking choices and I am not looking for a buffet just a better selection of on the go options

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was not up to expectations. One of the main issues was the carpet in the room—it had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to feel comfortable. It seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in quite some time. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the smell really took away from the overall stay. I hope management addresses this soon, as it has a big impact on the guest experience.
