The main level  is surrounded by large windows so that you are able to take advantage of the wonderful scenery that abounds in Duck Creek Pines and the beautiful wildlife that surrounds this area.

Due to the location in a mountainous setting, the activities and local attractions vary depending on the season. In the winter, snowmobiling is extremely popular and connects you to hundreds of miles of trails. Brian Head ski resort is also about 30 minutes away. In the summer, ATVs and motorcycles become the preferred mode of transportation and unlock seemingly endless territory to explore.
