This modern holiday apartment is located in the popular seaside resort of Duće in Central Dalmatia, just a few kilometres from the charming old town of Omiš. The house was built only a few years ago and impresses with its beach-near location: Only about 50 metres separate you from the dreamlike, gently sloping sandy beach - ideal for families with children and all those who want to enjoy the sea right on their doorstep.



The apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to five people on around 40 m². It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a cosy living and dining area with a sofa bed and additional bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view – the perfect spot for breakfast overlooking the Adriatic or relaxed evening hours.



The additional equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, bed linen and towels. The landlord's washing machine can be used if needed, and a private parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are welcome by arrangement; certain services such as using the washing machine, bringing pets, or airport transfer may be subject to additional fees.
