Offering a 108 m² panoramic balcony and direct access to the lake, it is an idyllic setting for a romantic or relaxing stay.

This charming studio apartment comprises:

Living room :
- Living room and dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 people.
- Queen-size double bed (160x200) offering a breathtaking view of the lake from the moment you wake up.
. Two large picture windows give access to the balcony with views of the Château de Duingt, the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Transport :
- The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the accommodation, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 40 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes)
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence car park. A public car park is also available nearby if required.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
