With direct access to a 4,000 m² private beach and two jetties reserved for residents, this apartment guarantees a unique lakeside experience. The surrounding walking trails also invite you to explore the region’s natural beauty at your own pace.

The flat is laid out as follows:

- Spacious living room with a large family sofa, dining area and large floor-to-ceiling windows offering exceptional panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Direct access to the terrace, garden and lake.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and kitchen utensils.
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80x190 cm) that form a double bed (cannot be separated), direct access to the terrace/garden and the lake.
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed (90x190 cm), bookcase with books available (no window).
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) (no window).
- Bathroom with toilet.

- If you choose to travel by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
