The Sunrise House is part of the Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed directly by the owner rather than the development, which gives you a more personal, specialized, and overall better experience!

The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring next door, and the most beautiful, unobstructed views of the Sunrise!

Ski Hut, Burnett Dairy, and Spirit Mountain Ski Resort are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks.

The house was great! Basically a brand new home, nice and clean. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Kitchen area and dining area were perfect for entertaining for our families.
