Checked in to room 216 and found that TV, fridge and four lamps would not turn on. Desk clerk handed 4 light bulbs to me but that didn’t solve the problem. Clerk then stated there was nothing she could do because we booked thru Travelocity and that was the room they paid for. After an hour of phone calls to Travelocity and the Hampton Inn manager finally moved to another room. This is why I try to stay at a Marriott whenever possible.

Not worth the money

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast
we found this hotel to be very clean and new.However, we will never spend the extra money to stay again. There was absolutely no reason for charging so much. The beds are average, the pillows are not very fluffy. Breakfast tasted awful.
