Enjoyed: the beautiful architecture of the building and convenience to central Dunedin Could be better: was quite cold, would’ve like more provisions to keep me warm during stay. Also, would have preferred if housekeeping replenished the soap etc. during room service

The hotel itself is pretty cool with the age of it but its noisy, our bed was way too soft..both of our meals were undercooked and the staff didnt really seem motivated to be there..the shower was awesome but to be honest we will not be staying there again

Well located great price continental breakfast over Easter was great to have. Room great apart from raw bleach in toilet brush holder was overpowering in the room. Realised and got rid of it and then no complaints. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is very handy to walk to the centre. Only problem we found both this time and last time we stayed there, is that the bins must be directly under the bedroom window and they are emptied at 5.30 in the morning. Not nice when you are there to enjoy a relaxing sleep in.
