St Clair is one of the premium locations of Dunedin, loved for a relaxed atmosphere, wonderful cafes and dining & surfing. This historic double-storey, kauri villa has a private pathway to St Clair Beach. The property is fully alarmed for your safety.

The space
The property has level access with off street parking for two large vehicles.

The historic villa is expansive!

All furnishings are new and of the highest quality, specifically curated for a luxurious short-stay experience, chosen for the ultimate St Clair indulgent experience.

With flat access and a short stroll to the Esplanade, the location is premium for the young, and the young at heart.

Ground Level

Formal lounge offers new leather furnishings, 55” smart TV and free wifi throughout the property. Large farmhouse kitchen includes fresh ground coffee as well as a coffee pod machine. There is a separate dining area and butler’s pantry, gas hob and electric oven.

A separate room is provided with a piano, a Narnia wardrobe and has access to a secondary, grassed play area.

Primary outdoor entertainment area includes the access to the beach, alongside a table with four upright chairs and two cape cod chairs. For the cooler months a gas heater is available for use outside.

The first of the four large bedrooms is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms host new queen beds and mattresses of high quality. Duvets are 100% feather, with feather additional blankets. Each room also has panel heating.

Upper Level

Three large bedrooms with Queen beds, bathed in all day sun with views across the city.

A spa bath with shower above is ideal for relaxing after a busy day, a large meal or a day surfing.

Note that this is an historic villa and its upkeep is ongoing. We acknowledge that some small aspects are a little unfinished. For example, we are waiting for an architect to fashion a new architrave for the skirting board in the front bedroom.
