Have stayed several time here now. All stays have been great , Everything is clean and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and all facilities provided. Very central to octogen . I will be staying here again .

Felt rushed to vacate the property and even through the room was avaliable before check in time staff not willing to be flexible Instead looking for an expensive early access fee that is terrible value for money

From the street to inside the place is well laid out. Staff accommodated our baggage storage well before check in. Our rooms were also very comfortable, ultra clean and homely feel. Grateful for the upgrade. Great central location. Black out curtains and a quiet safe space. Thank you for looking after us so well. We look forward to returning to the beautiful restored new york style Chamberson.

the property was in very good condition and well appointed. The young lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. We could not have asked for a better host. I think this is the best hotel in Dunedin I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Dunedin

I had 2 last minute stays at the chamberson. Each time i was upgraded. It was a perfect place to stay, spacious and welcoming. I loved the decor and how easy it was to get to places around the city. I will definitely be staying again.
