We booked an accessible 1st floor room but the hotel had no lift and there were 19 steps up to the 1st floor. I have trouble with stairs so it took me a long time to get upstairs. I wouldn't class that as accessible!! It did have a walk in shower, which was fine.
Also it was a very hot night and the window only opened a little and there was no air conditioning or fan in the room.
Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.most Edinburgh hotels were silly money - this was a little further out and much cheaper so we were initially concerned.
However, even though the property is in the middle of a council estate and on the outside looks like the local community centre, inside it was excellent and the rooms are brand new and although small, they beautifully appointed.
make sure to get a room on the right side of the building with reasonable view as the left side overlooks a grim yard.
A very good breakfast is included. teacups ate not much bigger than thimbles but otherwise excellent. Special shout out to Rachel the waitress who is by far the hotel's best asset! the most delightful friendly and charming person who just loves her job and her guests!
This room was perfect for a one night stay prior to flying home. It was very clean. The room was quite small but it worked for us!

Good car parking facilities, register for free parking for your stay. Close to main roads.
Reception area a little dark but very tidy. Friendly efficient person on desk, unfortunately she used swear words during conversation which isn’t very professional.
Easy to find room. A little dark and dingy but spotlessly clean especially shower room and bed. Poor power in shower.
Good facilities, dining room, bar area, breakfast.
Fish and chip shop onsite. Food and drinks very good. Excellent breakfast and waitress excellent as well.
Small cozy hotel. Reception area/lobby is quirky. But the staff are great and welcoming. The rooms were clean. Our shower didn’t work the best. Lukewarm shower. Breakfast staff were great. Fresh cooked egg breakfast included.
Nice room, comfortable bed on first floor. No noise so a peaceful sleep.Shower good!
Breakfast average, scrambled egg tasteless!
Staff very pleasant! Parking plentiful!

It was close to the airport. The stay was fine. Nothing special but it was fine
Hotel is in a residential area. Budget priced and only half hour from Edinburgh. Quality of cooked breakfast a bit hit and miss. Good choice of cereal , fruit, yogurt and toast.
Very basic, only way to explain this hotel is a converted pub on a council estate.
I felt unsafe, wouldn't have my window open on ground floor at night a this was at the back of a pub and no restriction to stop someone being able to climb in.
could hear noise from other rooms and outside. woken by early morning pub delivery (0650)
Food is very poor, cant call it an attached restaurant, its part of the pub that will sell a burger so you can sit at a dirty table. Breakfast food or experience is not enjoyable.
But if you need basic and not alone would be fine
