Erie road ( route 5) is straight to buffalo connects you to the 190 which takes you to Niagara Falls. This road is your main road to all western NY. The old lakeshore road runs same direction lakeside scenic route. NY 90 runs the same direction as well and route 20. These roads will get you to wherever you're traveling
NFTA has bus routes throughout Erie County. Greyhound and coach run to outlying county's ex Chautauqua County I'm sure park and ride location are throughout the area. Seaway trail is along waterways all the way to Niagara Falls and further.
