Note- Master closet is not available. There is a large dresser in the bedroom and additional closet space by the front door and in other bedrooms.
-Bedroom 2:
Queen bed- New wooden bed frame and top grade Serta mattress, new carpet. Large closet and nigh stands
-Bedroom 3:
Bunk Bed w/ Queen lower and twin upper. New wooden bed frame and mattresses, new carpet and closet storage, black out blinds.
Interior amenities- Second full bathroom is in hallway between other two bedrooms with its own entry. House is fully furnished, move in ready, spacious living room w/ 75" smart TV. Please note, the only active subscription on the TV's is Amazon Prime. I do not have cable service, Netflix or any other streaming service besides the free ones that come with the TV. You will need to log in to your accounts to watch streaming services. The TV in the garage does have antenna TV and gets about 15 local channels. Hardwood floors in living area, tile in bathrooms and laundry rooms. Full laundry w/ washer and dryer, and partially stocked kitchen w/ condiments/spices and ample cookware.
Large private back yard with deck and seating for 6, 36" Blackstone grill and BBQ, great shade from beautiful gamble-oaks trees. The back deck is south-facing so it is sunny almost all day. Perfect for entertaining.

Snow Removal is provided with rental in winter months. The rental property snow removal policy is the same as the neighborhood streets. Any snow over 3" will be cleared from the driveway and front walkway. Timing is based on my snow removal service availability but will be within 24 hours of snowfall. They may ask you to move your vehicles during snow removal operations. There are shovels in the garage available for your use. Should you need snow removal for less than 3â it is available upon request for $75/hr., one hour minimum.
Neighborhood has a tennis court, basketball court and playground within walking distance as well as a great network of nature trails for biking or hiking. Literally right outside your front door.
