Some amenities you can expect: Mountain views, private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, full kitchen, two living spaces, two car garage, EV charging station, easy access to Purgatory Resort, easy access to hiking/biking/jeeping trails, and lake access just steps down the road.

Guests have complete access to this townhouse.

The Neighborhood:
Inviting neighborhood directly across from the Purgatory Resort entrance.

Getting Around:
4 parking spaces are available on site- 2 spaces inside garage and 2 spaces in driveway. NO PARKING ON ROAD, vehicle will be towed at owner's expense.

During the ski season, a shuttle is available for pick up/drop off to and from Purgatory Resort. Each day, the house gets 2 FREE round trips with the shuttle. After that Purgatory charges $10 per person, per trip. This fee is charged to the homeowner, then passed to the renter as an extra charge.

Other Things to Note:
As our guest, you are allowed access to Durango Mountain Resort's pool, hot tub, and gym for an additional 4% fee (% is calculated based on the total cost of your stay). THIS IS OPTIONAL. If you choose to pay the additional fee to gain access to these amenities, communicate this request via messaging and you will be sent the additional charge. Upon arrival, you can pick up your temporary access card at the front desk of the resort.
