Amazing Spring Break

This place was under sold. Pictures don't do it justice. It is huge with very well thought out spaces to facilitate a great family vacation just steps away from the mountain. We loved it! The hot tub was icing on the cake after every day on the slopes.

Wonderful Experience, Beautiful Home

We had the absolute best time staying in Tacoma Village, right across from Purgatory Ski Resort. This wonderful home is new & the owner is so great, responsive. The view from the front porch is AMAZING, I could've sat out there 24/7 but there's so much to do & see, I didn't. The home could easily sleep10-12, my husband & I were the only travelers this time & we can't wait to come again. Heaven on earth!

Cozy Mountain Home

Wow this property was even better than what we expected! So spacious, cozy, and clean. Jackie was fabulous and very responsive to all my questions. The Purgatory shuttle service was great and pulled right up to our door during pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend staying at this property, you won’t regret it!

Great Place - Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub wasn't very hot but otherwise everything was great. We liked being out of Durango and in a more quiet, secluded area. Property manager was very responsive and helful.

Beautiful New Townhome, Great Location, No Functioning TV/Internet

We came for a long ski weekend as a family of four (two young children). The townhome is newly built with a great layout, beautiful decor, and comfortable furniture. They were kind enough to provide some basics, including shower gels, laundry soaps, and a few basics for cleaning. The location and the ski shuttle are AMAZING. The convenience of having the shuttle pick you up on demand in your driveway is wonderful - especially with small kids. We had a couple of minor issues: we were given two different garage codes in the check-in materials. One of them worked, but we had some confusion and stress when arriving at 11PM in the freezing cold with tired kids. The front door code we were given never worked. Also, the internet was so slow and intermittent, it was unusable. The TVs are all smart tvs with no cable, which would be awesome for watching your own personal streaming services, but they wouldn't work. We tried restarting the router, restarting devices, connecting to different networks - no luck. We like to end our ski days with family movies, and unfortunately, we couldn't watch any TV. And lastly, the dishes and silverware were grossly dirty. I know in short-term rentals, it is common for the housekeepers not to check the dishes/silverware from prior guests, but these were pretty bad. All in all, these issues were minor. We would gladly stay again if they solve the TV/internet issue. And if that doesn't bother you, you should stay here!

Fantastic rental

We stayed in this rental Jan 21-28. It is definitely top of the line - had everything we needed and more. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The furnishings are super nice and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing and the views incredible. Really easy to get to and from the slopes with the on-demand shuttle service. Such a great place - my hat is off to the owners and management company! Hope to stay here again in the future!
