Luxury Townhome - Ski in/Ski Out - Best Location - Arcade Game

2,600 sq ft, 4 bdrm, 3.5 bath townhome (Unit 13) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort, built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza. The townhome's location offers ultimate convenience in all seasons! It's just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities.

This townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, an open concept floor plan with plenty of seating and space to relax with family and friends. In addition to the main living space and the formal dining area, there is also a bar which provides additional seating. The layout of the townhome makes it the perfect option for multiple families or friends. There is a multi-arcade game with 60 classic arcade games outside the bottom floor bunk bed room.

Bed Configuration (there are TVs in every bedroom):
Master - King (2nd/ Main Level)
2nd Bedroom - King (3rd Level)
3rd Bedroom - King (3rd Level)
4th Bedroom - Queen Bed, Bunk Beds (single over single), and Queen Pull Out Sofa (Ground Floor)

The master bedroom features a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub.

The townhome has a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached heated 2 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Great location and spacious for large groups.

Only one issue
kitchen sink stopped up and slightly flooded the kitchen floor. Property manager responded quickly and situation was fixed. Outstanding location and furnishings. All in our party were happy with the stay. Ages of 11 occupants ranged from 12 to 54.

Beautiful home. Clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to Durango. We are from south Arkansas so the increased elevation plus all the stairs in a townhome made some of us light headed. I would not have traded it for the amazing views we had. Kids will want to come back

The Best Location

Elkpoint 13 was amazing! It is the absolute best location. You can literally ski right to your back door and ski down to the main lift. We can’t wait to stay again!

AMAZING!

We had such a great time in Purgatory! This condo was amazing and so beautiful. We rented this condo for my husband, wedding party, and myself for my wedding weekend at Purgatory. We couldn’t have had a better experience with the condo and the property manager. I 100% recommend this condo!

Beautiful!

The condo was perfect for my whole family during our vacation. The rooms were spacious and the whole condo was beautiful. The patio was nice to watch people coming by down the mountain and we were a short walk to the market, restaurant and activities. The bottom room (large room) does not have windows so it gets warm at night (we went during summer) and there are a lot of stairs for young kids. But overall the condo was wonderful, the management team responded quickly to l my emails and we would love go back during the winter!

Great Place To Stay!!

Overall, our impression of the property was fabulous!! Everything was very clean. The only exception was that we had to wash a lot of kitchen items before using them. I think this may reflect mostly on previous renters, but I do find it disappointing to spend time washing dishes when I arrive at a property. Other than that, the only other things we saw needing attention were the locks on the front and back doors. They were not operating well. Having a night light in the 1st level room would also be helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful time on our trip and much of our enjoyment during our stay in Purgatory is attributed to this unit. We would absolutely stay there again =)

Wonderful Property

We loved staying in the beautiful property at Purgatory. The property is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, there is plenty of space for kids & friends too. We loved having an extra Master upstairs & the kids loved the room downstairs to call their own. We enjoyed playing cards at the poker table upstairs - very nice addition. The fireplaces were wonderful & easy to use. The kitchen was perfectly stocked & had everything we needed to make all of our meals. The kids loved being able to go right outside and play in the snow & it was easy to access the slopes and snowmobiling. Wonderful property & we highly recommend.

Perfect Slope-Side Location

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It was great the kids could go right out back and play in the snow as well as a simple board ride/walk to the lifts. Can't get much closer! It looks just like the pictures and we were all pleasantly surprised how comfy the beds are. We will definitely stay here again!

We spent a week here and loved the location for ski-in, ski-out access to Purgatory. The home is well appointed with smart TVs in each bedroom which were a hit with the kids (8 and 10) when evening came. We will definitely return.

Can’t say enough about how much we loved the property, the view, and the location. We took some great day trips, but had two days where we just stayed at the rental and explored the resort. The pool access was a fun bonus.

Location, location, location

This property is directly next to the lift. You can literally walk out the back deck and put on your skis, no walking. It would be amazing during ski season. We stayed in summer and it is also super conveniently located next to the pool which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. We had 8 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for group gatherings and meals and separate space for quiet time. It was clean and in good working order. Check in and out was super easy.

Fantastic!

This was the perfect place for us! The home is beautiful - just like in the pictures - and well kept. Location was awesome. We loved sitting on the back porch for morning coffee, and spent tons of time there during the evenings as well. Well stocked and very clean. Comfy beds, tons of space. We will absolutely stay here again! Can't say enough about it.
