Luxury Purgatory Condo - Steps to Lifts - Amazing Views

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath single level condo (Unit 104) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.

Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped while the main living space features a gas fireplace, TV and a deck to enjoy the great views with chairs and table.

The Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and both bedrooms have a TV. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building. The condo also features a washer and dryer.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

The condo was great! So convenient to walk to the slopes and to store our skis. The owners thought of everything - from weather pads for our boots to plenty of kitchen accessories. We especially enjoyed both fireplaces. It was a great stay.

Very well furnished and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Really nice in every way and just loved the views out every window! It is steps away from all the resort offerings and parking was no issue and very close to our front door.

Location was perfect, views from the condo were incredible. Great weekend getaway. Highly recommend the addition of the pool and hot tub. Made for a great afternoon/evening after a full day!

Perfectly located across the road from the ski plaza. This condo was well appointed and management was very responsive to any questions. They even provided us with a snow shovel when our vehicle got buried in 2 feet of overnight snow!

There is a set of stairs to climb to get to lifts, but very close and well shoveled even during a snow storm. Management continuously plowed driveway-parking is extremely close to front door- so no concerns on getting in or out. Kitchen well equipped to cook and master bathroom has a soaking tub after a long day of skiing. Two fireplaces-one in master bedroom and the other in family room. Erika from VRC was helpful and very knowledgeable. Loved our stay-we will be back.

Great holiday spot

Wonderful condo. Clean, spacious, well supplied, great location. Only misdescription is that it is not ski in/ski out. Complex is beside the slope (which you can not access from the condo) so you have to walk up a flight of stairs, across the plaza to the main lift. This was not a problem for my family (all 18+). Overall, great property.

Great condo! Stocked with everything we needed. Easy location to walk up 2 sets of steps to the Village Center and slopes. You can rent a locker in the village for equipment if you don’t want to carry back and forth from the condo. Fireplaces were amazing and heated up quickly! Property manager was easy to get in touch with and helpful for any questions I had.
