The property owner is shady and should be removed from VRBO. The property was currently for sale while we stayed. She wanted to show the property while we rented the property. We contacted VRBO to advise them. She got nasty with us when VRBO contacted her. She contacted us about contacting VRBO. We advised we would leave if given a full refund and would find another rental for our stay. The place had mold that was painted over in the master bedroom. The coffee pot didn't work, fan in the bedroom was broken and iron was also broken. It was furnished with garage sale appliances and items. Door code didn't work when we arrived. Welcome basket she promised consisted of 3 old Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets. Her communication was zero until she wanted to show the property and after we contacted VRBO. VRBO had great difficulty getting her to return their messages. We're reasonable people but she was unprofessional and shady. Run away from this property and find some place else for your stay.

Great location! Close to grocery and skiing!
Wonderful propriety! We stayed w our three sons, ages 20, 14 and 13. Plenty of room for everyone! Super close to a great little grocery store and right down the road from Purgatory. Perfect place to unpack for a few days and enjoy the gorgeous scenery! The kitchen was especially great. Fully loaded with anything you need to stay in a cook a cozy dinner - crockpot, blender, pot and pans... Also had a dishwasher, which surprisingly is not a guarantee at other short term rentals. Came in handy when cooking for five! And has a washer/dryer which is nice! Tanya was fantastic! Super easy to communicate with and very helpful.
