We arrived and our room was 80 degrees inside. We changed clothes and left after lowering the temperature to 70. When we returned later that night the room temperature was 76. The towels were yellowing and old. We turned on the T.V. and thier was no cable, antenna or hdmi connected so it was useless. The room was a handicap room (not mentioned at booking) and was priced higher because it had a mini fridge and microwave. The showering chair grossed me out. The price was expensive at a discount. The location was highly rated which is what I look for. Once there I feel they didn't meet any of the online ratings.

Was a fun quirky place when it first opened a few years ago, but it's definitely seen some wear and tear. Furniture was worn and dirty, sheets and towels, while clean, still had lingering stains that should necessitate removal and replacement. Walls and floors haven't seen a good deep cleaning in a while. TV remotes worked only sporadically and TV muted for no reason after about 15 minutes more than once. It's not a terrible place by any means, and probably better than other local hotels with low budgets, but when you're used to Choctaw and can't get a room because they're booked, the step down can be a shock to the system.

This place was a DUMP!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are not accurate. I wish we would have stayed in commerce and just drove from there to Choctaw Casino. And they had the nerve to charge $200 for a room. Dogs barking next door to our room made it hard to sleep. Hair was found in the bathroom and bathroom needs updating and more cleaning.

Solid Stay!!!

It was a very solid stay! Nice comfortable room with slight up date upgrades! It was a clean property and front desk was extremely polite and courteous! Only downside of the stay was the parking! Needs more front side parking!

The hotel was loud. Could hear every person walking on upper floors and doors shutting. The bed was horrible. Huge dip in mattress like 500 lb person been sleeping in it. Room and hotel very clean. The person checking is in very nice and super sweet. Loved her!
