Auch wenn das Hotel neu ist sollte Freundlichkeit keine Unbekannte sein. Der Gast sollte nicht als Störfaktor behandelt werden. Und Basic Fachwissen sollte nochmal dringend geschult werden.

Das Hotel ist brand neu, dies ist beim Personal manchmal noch festzustellen da noch nicht alles eingespielt ist. Dies ist aber nach 2Monaten verstädnlich. Ich würde wieder buche, Gesamtpaket absolut in Ordnung
