The hotel isn’t really a hotel, more a few rooms in a residential building. The room looked absolutely nothing like the one we booked and was smelly and damp. It’s not possible to leave luggage. We arrived, stayed 1 night and barely slept as it’s so noisy and then left to check in to another hotel. We are finding it very hard to get a refund.

The building is a bit funky and the rooms are very basic but it is clean and convenient. Good budget option for a short stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights and is fine for a budget hotel. It could do with a little TLC in places but everything was clean and it’s only a 25 minute walk to the old town and pretty central for most things

room was not like the pictures and was a bit unclean. was very hot and windows were left open. I would have liked a fan in the room and better pillows. Also I could hear the neighbours a lot at night when trying to sleep

Perfect place for a budget-friendly trip

We had a clean room with all the necessary amenities available for our budget-trip to Dusseldorf. Hotel is very central and walking-distance to landmark areas. Staff were very kind, helpful and responsive.
