Had some issues checking, which was made more difficult by having no front desk / reception. Otherwise, it was very clean and quiet and conveniently close to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle.

The room was clean and in good condition. However, the noise level was a significant issue for us, particularly in the morning when housekeeping activities in the hallway were quite loud. Furthermore there was no AC and opening the window wasn't possible because of the loud rail traffic at night.

Needs to learn from other budget hotels.

We booked 2 separate beds, was not given that upon arrival in room. Short on towels, toilet paper. Door lock extremely difficult to use. The owner of this property should stay at other budget hotels to see what can be done with the same outlay of resources.
