Eagle River Home on Chain of Lakes, Private and Close to Restaurants/Night Life

A 3-bedroom, 2 full bath home (2,000 sq. ft) located on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes with private, attached garage for toys and plenty of driveway space for trailers and vehicles. UTV trails are close by for easy access.

A perfect get away location for family, friends or to celebrate an anniversary or special event. Enjoy beautiful views of the water and wildlife from the living room picture window or large backyard deck. 2 kayaks and paddles are included in your rental for trips down the channel to explore or stop for lunch at one of many waterfront restaurants.

The public boat launch and boat rental/marina is a 1/2 mile away or feel free to bring your own boat/jet skis and use the private dock included with the property. Private dock also offers a great place to fish from or a place to sit and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun set. Attached garage available during the winter months for snowmobiles and gear.

Unlimited towels and toiletries are available in both full baths. The master bedroom is connected to the upstairs bathroom with lots of privacy and a patio door to the back patio for morning coffee and breakfast. Coffee and a coffee maker are also made available for all guests.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a gas grill on the back patio available during summer/fall months.

Maps of all Eagle River trails is also available upon check in.

USB phone charging plug ins available in every bedroom and living space.

Very nice relaxing place. Host Kelly was great with quick responds to assist us. River traffic is No Wake area. Very calming. We are of group of senior ladies enjoying a weekend get away to Eagle River for many years. This was our first stay at this property. We used the fire pit both nights we stayed. Other than a few details/ minor maintenance issues, we well were pleased.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of linens, toiletries, and coffee supplied by the host. I was pleasantly surprised by such generous hospitality. The location was perfect as described. There was lots of room for boat trailer and vechile parking in the driveway. In addition, there is a public boat landing a short distance down the road by the marina. We will definitely stay here again in the future, when we visit this area!

Kelly was an awesome host, and the place is simply gorgeous. Right on the water, near downtown Eagle River; clean and neat with all the amenities needed for a restful stay. Had a great time at the cabin in Eagle River. The host was great to communicate with and the cabin was clean. It was in a good location in relationship to Eagle River. The fire pit and deck were great places to spend time with our friends. The dock was nice and we were able to fish and boat around the river and lakes. The draw back was not AC. We knew about it and prepared for it. We had a great time at this cabin.....

It was delightful. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck, as well as sitting around the fire pit in the evening. Our kids had their boat at the dock, and we cruised up and down the river and chain of lakes. A lot of great places to eat nearby. Rented a pontoon for a day. Grilled out one evening on their well-equipped grill. Also had a family dinner there. Their laundry room was convenient and well-equipped. Lots of various stuff provided. Enjoyed their board games and books. Enjoyed watching the chipmunks, squirrels and deer. It was a truly memorable family vacation.
