Great place right on the beach

We enjoyed are stay right on the beach on Grand Cayman's East End. This is a time share resort with a lot of "regulars". It was our first time there as guests of the owner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They do try to get you to sign up for the time share sales pitch but it was not mandatory and they were not overly pushy. The decor and furnishings are what you woud expect for a time share unit. They do provide an optional "all-inclusive" drinks plan which we did not opt for. We did try several different drinks & food items at the bar and all were very good! All in all a very nice small resort that I would rate as a 3 - 4 star location.

Nice resort

This property is older and they are trying to make it comfortable! The unit was sufficiently stocked and loved the ground level access to the water. The pools are not heated and are really small so we did not use them! The location is quiet and remote you need a car! Taxis are expensive and are not readily available. If you want beautiful sand and water go to7 mile beach! The Italian kitchen across the street is wonderful and the grocery store is handy but very expensive! Visit the nearby restaurants that will pick you up for dinner! Overall enjoyed our stay! Caution there is a 350 charge for electricity that we knew nothing about till we checked in.

Great Condo on a great beach!

Nice Condo! Nice view of the ocean with plenty of chairs and room for privacy. Condo is very clean and furnished well. Quiet side of the Island with a couple of great places to eat dinner close by.
