Downtown Falmouth is a quick car ride or pedal away. Headed to Martha's Vineyard for the day? You're just minutes from the ferry and a beautiful 45-minute ride across the Atlantic. Mashpee Commons and Woods Hole are also a few minutes away by car. When you're ready to hit the sun, sand, and surf, find gorgeous Menauhant Beach less than 2 miles from your front door. This classic Cape has a large wooded lawn and a warm traditional feel inside. Pretty area rugs and cozy furniture invite you into every room. A large white sectional sofa makes the living room ideal for gathering over hors d'oeuvres and drinks, and the dining area beyond seats guests below a charming chandelier. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook a fine meal and set a formal table. VERY nice place

Very nice home, roomy and clean, convenient location. Pretty much all you need from a vacation rental place. Nice layout, cozy living room, and a large outside table for having fresh air meals. Provided beach chairs are also very thoughtful, convenient, and useful.

Cape Cod Stay

The home was very spacious for the five of us and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice beach down the street and house is close to downtown Falmouth for shopping and dining.

So lovely

We feel so lucky to have found this wonderful home. The location was perfect for us and the street was so peaceful and quiet. The home itself had everything we needed for our stay, and my husband was able to work easily and comfortably in the lower level. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood

The house is as described. Comfortable, well furnished with anything you would need. 4 parking spaces were a nice surprise. There is a nice view of the pond from the front of the house. There were 5 of us here for a local family reunion. Everyone like the house.

The house was well appointed. Comfortable, but dated. Bird feeders were a nice touch. Lots of action. Only complaint was dealing with Vacasa.Non responsive to questions regarding check in and out and amenities. Had to leave a day early, but were not able to communicate that with them.Will look for rental directly by owner in the future.

This house is TERRIBLE! Don’t let it ruin your vacation. It is filthy - Stinks of dog, furniture and carpeting are dirty, windows caked with dirt (inside and out) window unit air conditioners barely work and they’re caked with dirt, bedding was soiled and even the outdoors furniture area was dirty.
