This beautifully renovated 4 Bed / 1 Bath Cape Cod house with Central AC is a few feet from Great Bay Beach on Great Pond. Gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops. Backyard has a new furnished patio, fencing for privacy and an outdoor shower. The front yard enjoys peekaboo water views, and the salt breezes coming off Vineyard Sound. There is a washer/ dryer in the basement. Linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. Propane BBQ in backyard. Board games and a WiFi Smart TV.
The classic layout features the living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and full bathroom on the first floor. Then walk upstairs to two more bedrooms.
